By engaging Suraksha Care ("we", "our", "us") for home healthcare services, or by using this website, you ("client", "you") agree to the following terms.
1. Services provided
Suraksha Care provides non-emergency home healthcare — including home nursing, elder care, physiotherapy, mother & baby care and medical equipment rental — in and around Kolkata. Every service is delivered through trained, background-verified caregivers coordinated by our care team.
2. Bookings and confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after a care plan is agreed and pricing accepted.
- Same-day arrangements are subject to caregiver availability.
- Preferences (gender, language, experience level) will be met wherever feasible.
3. Client responsibilities
- Share accurate medical, mobility and dietary information.
- Provide a safe working environment for the caregiver.
- Report any concerns to your dedicated care coordinator promptly.
4. Payment
Pricing is quoted transparently before care begins. Payment terms — schedule, mode and applicable taxes — will be communicated in writing at the time of booking.
5. Change of caregiver
If you are not fully comfortable with the assigned caregiver, contact your coordinator and we will arrange a suitable replacement, subject to availability.
6. Limitation of liability
Suraksha Care is not a substitute for emergency medical services. In case of a life-threatening emergency, please call 112 (India's emergency number) or the nearest hospital. Our liability is limited to the value of services engaged and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with reasonable notice. Refunds, if any, follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
